On December 2nd, following the conclusion of COP29, the Association des Centrales Villageoises took the stage at the United Nations in Geneva. This intervention highlighted the crucial role of citizen engagement, through energy communities, in accelerating climate action and moving beyond "business as usual". This testimony is part of a broader advocacy effort aimed at shaping climate policies ahead of the next round of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) expected at COP30.
