03.03.2025 | The consortium met again for a project meeting as we are starting the second phase of ECOEMPOWER.
Last week, the ECOEMPOWER project partners came together in Lyon, France, for the 4th Project Meeting—a two-day event filled with insightful discussions, knowledge-sharing, and strategic planning. Hosted by our partner Association Centrales Villageoises, this meeting marked an important milestone as we step into the second half of the project.
Day 1: Updates, Insights, and Exploring Lyon
The first day was dedicated to key project updates and valuable input from our Project Officer, Silvia Vivarelli. The agenda included:
- Work package updates – Sharing progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Interim Report guidance – Silvia Vivarelli provided crucial insights on ensuring a successful report submission.
- Workshop on ECOEMPOWER Tools
- Guided tour of Lyon and joint dinner – The day concluded with a cultural experience, allowing participants to discover the beauty of Lyon at night.
Day 2: Workshops and Collaborative Learning
The second day focused on interactive workshops designed to enhance the implementation and outreach of the ECOEMPOWER project:
- Which Tools in My OSS? – A deep dive into selecting and integrating the right tools.
- ECOEMPOWER Storytelling – A session dedicated to effective communication.
Strengthening Partnerships and Looking Ahead
Beyond the formal sessions, this meeting provided a fantastic opportunity for partners to exchange ideas, strengthen collaboration, and enjoy some authentic Lyonnaise cuisine—a true highlight of the visit!
