Social Impact: The Indicators Dashboard

Explore our dashboard to monitor social impact and engagement within the EcoEmpower project. This interactive tool helps you monitor key indicators, such as democratic participation, justice, community empowerment, and member motivation. Compare your pilot site's results with those of other communities to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Use this resource to make informed decisions and guide the sustainable development of your project.

ECOEMPOWER Energy and ICT Platform

To enable Energy Communities to enhance their degree of independence, optimise local energy use and improve decision making we have developed our ECOEMPOWER Energy ICT Platform. The Platform includes functionalities that allow the user to utilise the three Energy Tools developed, the Energy Forecasting, Energy Modelling and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). 

The main functionalities of the Platform lie in the dedicated pages of the 3 Energy Tools: 
  • Energy Forecasting Tool 
  • Energy Modelling and Scheduling Tool 
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) Tool 
All pages are presented in English, but future versions will also be developed in the native languages of the ECOEMPOWER Energy Communities (Italian, French, German, Czech and Greek).

Business Modelling Tools (ZIP-File)
 
The ECOEMPOWER business modelling tools for energy communities include four files related to business concept development, financial planning and timeline planing. With your feedback and participation in the working groups, these tools can still be improved and will remain open for all to access and use.

Morphological Box 

The Morphological Box for Energy Communities presents the main characteristics of community energy projects in the EU Member States and shows the frequency of occurrence of the possible design options and the main interdependencies between them. The tool supports EC developers to capture the recurrent design options and thus identify possible pathways in specific territorial contexts. It also supports policy makers at different levels to focus on possible weaknesses of the current favourable environment and thus recommend possible areas for potential interventions. Nota Bene: Due to a limited sample size results presently may appear erratic.

Maturity and Scalability Tool 
 
The Maturity and Scalability Tool for Energy Communities and Collective Actions was devloped by the Decide Project, with ECOEMPOWER project partner B.A.U.M. Consult GmbH, and colleagues from JOANNEUM RESEARCH LIFE as developers and operators.
